“Our renovation journey began with the purchase of a 30 year old classic bungalow in Byron. We selected the condo for its location, great space and traditional layout with the knowledge that it needed a complete makeover from top to bottom. Including repurposing of some rooms, new flooring throughout, new kitchen and bathrooms, wall treatments, window coverings, new furnishings and accessories. Suffice to say, we needed the help of an experienced professional interior designer!
Patricia came highly recommended by our long-term friend and real estate agent. In our initial meeting, Patricia led the discussion to get to know our personalities, understand how we intended to use the space and our decorating style. Patricia left the meeting with a good understanding of the project and set to work on a plan.

The start, an office renovation that turned out stunning. This is where I first met Patricia, who not only downloaded her expertise but her flare for human-centred design. She knows, just knows—all aspects—everything with no hesitation. Her vision is not only intentional but instant. She has the ability to translate her client's style into something beyond measure, something one would never have thought of but love at first inspiration and every step along the design journey. This project included custom millwork and feature walls making the space professional yet welcoming for our field employees in their work boots. The boardroom is my favourite! It also included furniture and fixture selection. Imagine attending an office furniture store with thousands of furniture, colour, product choices—it's overwhelming and exhausting! Patricia made it look simple and had every item chosen in no time: "this one, that one," no second guessing, no waffling. Efficient! On project completion, every visitor attending our office had a positive comment, no matter if they were an office administrator or a tradesperson. What a favourable impact on a working environment! Since this project, Patricia guided me through a condo renovation, a transformation - magazine-worthy. Her eye for detail and design is impressive. This project included contractor selection, project administration, and establishing an aesthetic direction, including furniture and design. The kitchen and bathroom were refreshed and renewed, along with adding feature walls, a feature fireplace, and new light fixtures throughout that brought the dim space to bright. Patricia is currently leading me through a new home build out of province - remotely. Wow! This project includes design adaptation, concept drawings, 3D renderings, refining and clarifying specifications and electrical design. Most areas of this home have been re-designed by Intention Interiors from basic 'cookie-cutter' to a stunning, yet simple, modern and cozy space. It is still a work in progress.
